There's a pat that patrols that section, you have to hope he isn't there, or you start over. You want to be at the second rung up the ramp when you turn visible. At the top of the ramp, you'll have to choose to go right or left. Make a right, and quickly go up the ramp. You'll get invisible at about the end of the hall. (also, vanish works here, but only if you're out of aggro range of the truesight guards) The elemental will be dead, but if you're far enough away, it'll dump you from combat. As soon as it's got aggro run up the ramp, turn the corner, blink to get some distance, then cast invisibility. Summon the water elemental, make sure he gets aggro on both of the truesight guards. I wait there for about 3.5 minutes for my invisibilitiy to come back. It's best to dodge the rest of the mobs when the pat comes forward and then moves to the left.Īfter that, it's mostly a straight shot to the water in the middle of the instance. On the left is one red mob that moves around and is easily avoidable, but there's a pat that runs right down the middle. There's a group on the right that is easily avoidable, and another group past them on the right. (it wasn't worth my time with my failure rate.įrom there the cavern opens up.
3) Usually, I just used an invisibility to get through. 2) Once, I successfully went around the right side, then sneaked (blinked) past them while they were at their closest point to the entrance. 1) I found a youtube of an undead mage (under SSC attunement) climbing the cliffs on the right, behind the slaves, then using that height advantage to jump over them as they were closer to the entrance.
There's a safe spot on the left past them.įrom there, there's a passage that you have to go down, and there's a dual pat that patrolls it. Here's the run down:ĭodge the patrolling crusteaceans at the entrance. Comment by mckaysalisburyOkay, I soloed it as a Frost Mage.
